Founded in Thailand in 1991 as Woods Bagot ( Thailand), our company has operated continuously since that time. In July 2009 we changed our name to the Beaumont Partnership to reflect the local ownership and structure. Our partners are both Thai nationals and expatriates who are all actively involved in the business. Are you a solution-oriented financial expert with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise? We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the financial management of our group of businesses with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement robust financial strategies that drive stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including billings, A/R, A/P, general ledger, and cash flow planning.
- Analyze and prepare critical financial reports, including WIP reports, cost-to-date, and billing collections.
- Monitor and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide strategic recommendations for sustainable growth.
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and implement financial policies that enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record as a Financial Controller.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Strong expertise in accounts receivable management, internal controls, and risk evaluation.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to think critically and offer strategic financial solutions.
- Experience with charity and foundation accounts is a plus.
- CPD certification preferred.
