As a Scent Specialist, you will guide customers in discovering their personal scents and provide holistic care from within through the power of aromatherapy.

Key Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- Provide scent consultations based on customers’ emotions, lifestyle, or needs
แนะนำการเลือก Essential Oil ตามอารมณ์และความต้องการของลูกค้า - Create Tailor-Made essential oil blends and Natural Perfume for individuals
ผสมกลิ่น Tailor Made / Natural Perfume แบบรายบุคคล - Recommend skincare products aligned with the concept of Inner Nourishment
แนะนำสินค้าในกลุ่มสกินแคร์ที่เชื่อมโยงกับแนวคิด Inner Nourishment - Deliver warm, insightful service that reflects the brand spirit of “Life”
ดูแลและสร้างประสบการณ์การขายในร้านให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ “Life” - Handle general store operations: stock, basic cashiering, and product displays
จัดการงานหน้าร้านทั่วไป เช่น สต๊อก บัญชีเบื้องต้น และการจัดวางสินค้า
Qualifications คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- Passionate about natural scents, with basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
รักในกลิ่น และมีความเข้าใจ (หรือพร้อมเรียนรู้) เรื่อง Essential Oils & Natural Scent - Warm personality, attentive, and able to communicate with customers clearly
บุคลิกอบอุ่น ใส่ใจ พูดคุยและอธิบายกับลูกค้าได้ดี - Background in Aromatherapy, Natural Perfume, or Skincare is a strong plus
หากมีพื้นฐาน Aromatherapy / Natural Perfume / Skincare จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - Bachelor’s degree or higher
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป - Proficient in English (for international customer service)
ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างชาติ)
