Koh Kalm | Social Wellness Club
Koh Kalm is a new social wellness space in Bangkok bringing together sauna, ice baths, movement, good coffee and community.
We’re looking for a Barista to join our opening team.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other café beverages
- Deliver friendly and welcoming service to our guests
- Maintain the coffee bar, equipment and café area
- Handle orders, payments and basic stock control
- Help maintain quality, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support the wider Koh Kalm team and guest experience when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Good knowledge of basic coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with customers
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small team
- Thai and English communication skills
- Interest in coffee, hospitality, wellness or community is a plus
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude who enjoys meeting people and wants to be part of building something new.
Salary: THB 18,000–22,000/month (depending on experience)
