Responsibility
- Plan, write, and post daily content across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, Lemon8, Threads, Facebook, and our website
- Build and maintain a strong brand voice through captions, stories, and copywriting that resonates with Gen Z
- Develop monthly content calendars with story formats, Reels, new product promos, UGC ideas, and trending formats
- Stay ahead of social trends and adjust content styles accordingly
- Plan and lead 1 shoot day/week with help from in-house stylist — must be able to direct, shoot (photo + video), and create content with iPhone or camera
- Track post performance, engagement, and optimize based on insights
- Suggest growth tactics (hashtags, trends, micro influencer collabs, posting schedule, etc.)
- Keep the audience engaged daily through comments, DMs, stories, polls, reposts, and replies
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in content creation, online marketing, or social media (or strong portfolio if self-taught)
- Knows how to have fun and break the rules
- Able to create aesthetic content that feels fresh, brand-relevant, and scroll-stopping
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and what drives engagement
- Proficient in photo & video editing tools (CapCut, AI websites/software, Canva, etc.)
- Can work independently, manage your own deadlines, and think fast in real-time trends
- Comfortable shooting basic video and photos (iPhone)
- Bangkok-based for 1-day weekly content shoot

- Follow fashion-forward or aesthetic brands like Nude Project, Lioness, Sisters and Seekers, Bode etc.
- Have experience growing accounts from 0–10k+ organically

💸 Compensation
- Monthly salary based on experience & skill (we’re early-stage, but growing fast)

- Paid 3-month trial period before contract
