Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Brand Executive to join our team.
This role will be responsible for driving the brand’s growth through strategic marketing, creative promotions, and partnerships that connect both local and international audiences.

You will be involved in everything from brand building, digital marketing, content and campaign management, delivery partnerships, to on-ground activations — making this position perfect for someone who wants to see their ideas come to life in the real market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and increase traffic.
  • Coordinate branding, advertising, and social media content across all communication channels.
  • Work with food delivery platforms (Grab, LINE MAN, Robinhood, etc.) to design promotional offers and optimize sales performance.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships (hotels, lifestyle brands, travel platforms, etc.) to reach new customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — Operations, Creative, PR, and Digital — to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support PR and influencer collaborations to enhance brand image and storytelling.
  • Stay informed on F&B trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer insights, and digital marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience working with food delivery aggregators or online campaign management.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills — both internal and external.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) is a plus.

  • Data-aware mindset — uses insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
