Responsibilities
- Own and protect the venue’s brand identity, from social media presence to on- site customer experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they align with the brand’s image and target audience.
- Work closely with event organizers, partners, and collaborators to deliver high-impact experiences.
- Oversee social media content strategy, in collaboration with the marketing and content teams, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and engagement.
- Monitor trends and competitors to keep the brand ahead
- Brief and follow up with the graphics, photographers, videographers, and KOL teams.
- Manage budgets for events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure high-quality production and execution.
- Be present on-site during events to ensure flawless brand representation and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into engaging brand experiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment trends in Bangkok.
- Must be proactive, adaptable, and ready to solve problems on the spot.
