Your Mission
As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the full transformation of Plantae’s brand — from insight to identity, from strategy to execution. You’ll translate the company’s bold vision into a brand experience that inspires customers, empowers teams, and positions Plantae as the leader in plant-based innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end brand transformation — positioning, storytelling, identity, and tone of voice.
  • Partner with CEO and cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Sales) to define the new brand DNA.
  • Turn consumer and market insights into clear brand strategy and creative direction.
  • Oversee all rebranding touchpoints — packaging, communication, digital, retail, and internal culture.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every project and channel.
  • Build brand playbooks, guidelines, and launch frameworks to scale the new identity company-wide.
  • Manage external partners, agencies, and creative talents to deliver best-in-class execution.
