In this role, you’ll lead brand and marketing strategies, manage creative teams, and work cross-functionally to drive awareness, customer engagement, and business growth – all while promoting self-love and wellness through plant-based nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Development
    • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Proove’s market positioning
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
    • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine brand strategy
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that align with brand goals and drive results
    • Lead creative teams to produce compelling content for digital and offline channels
    • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time
  • KOL & Influencer Management
    • Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs/influencers to align with brand tone and audience
    • Develop influencer strategies that drive reach, credibility, and conversion
    • Measure and report ROl on influencer campaigns
  • Advertising Strategy & Execution
    • Oversee the planning and execution of paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
    • Allocate and manage advertising budget effectively to ensure cost-efficiency
    • Work with internal teams and agencies to optimize performance across channels
  • Budget Planning & Management
    • Lead the annual and quarterly marketing budget planning process
    • Monitor marketing spend to ensure alignment with strategy and ROl targets
    • Continuously evaluate cost vs. impact and adjust spend to maximize brand performance
  • P&L Responsibility (Marketing Focus)
    • Take ownership of marketing-led revenue and expense lines in the brand’s P&L
    • Collaborate with finance to track marketing impact on topline growth and profitability
    • Use financial data to guide strategic decisions in campaign planning, media buying, and resourcing
  • Product Launches
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products: from planning to post-launch review
    • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Digital & Social Media
    • Oversee brand’s digital presence (website, IG, FB, TikTok) and ensure consistency
    • Build content calendars aligned with campaigns and seasonal moments
    • Engage with communities and monitor sentiment to foster loyalty and feedback
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
    • Develop strategic partnerships to extend reach and co-create brand value
    • Manage external agencies, influencers, and collaborators to deliver on KP|s
  • Sales Enablement & Growth
    • Provide tools, messaging, and creative assets to support sales teams
    • Drive ecommerce strategies including TikTok Shop and livestream activations
    • Monitor performance of key sales channels and suggest marketing-led improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
  • Strong grasp of brand-building, digital strategy, and consumer behavior
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering against financial targets
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing data and tools
  • Creative and resourceful, with strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

  • Passion for health, wellness, and plant-based living
  • Experience with influencer marketing and social commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and online customer journeys
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok
  • Strong financial acumen related to marketing ROl andAds
