STUDIO UNKNOWN was found in 2020 with a mission to offer a clothing line that is exquisite and sophisticated, as well as, affordable and wearable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Growth Strategy
    • Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
    • Create promotional calendars to maximize revenue (campaigns, bundles, launches).
    • Forecast sales, track KPIs, and optimize budgets for highest ROI.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership
    • Oversee paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads).
    • Plan top-of-funnel, retargeting, and remarketing funnels.
    • Work closely with Performance Marketing Specialist on weekly testing.
  • E-commerce & Website Optimization
    • Collaborate with E-commerce to improve conversion rate.
    • Plan homepage layouts, product focus, and campaign landing pages.
  • CRM & Customer Retention
    • Oversee LINE/Message marketing and customer journey.
    • Implement onboarding flows and loyalty rewards.
    • Improve customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rate.
  • Content Direction
    • Brief creative team for product-focused visuals and ads.
    • Approve promotional materials, banners, and product launch assets.
    • Ensure creatives meet commercial goals and improve conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years marketing experience, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Proven track record driving online sales.
  • Understanding of visual communication and content needs.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
