Job Summary:
We are looking for a Brand Manager who will drive theCOMMONS to its fullest potential through activities, events, marketing, communications, and community initiatives. You will build and cultivate our wholesome communities, uphold brand standards, plan exciting key brand activities, tell compelling stories across channels, maintain thoughtful customer experiences, and foster meaningful community partnerships at theCOMMONS Thonglor, Saladaeng, and Cloud 11.
The ideal candidate is a team leader, creative thinker, strategic planner, and strong collaborator who can bring ideas to life while maintaining the value and integrity of the brand.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead theCOMMONS brand, enhancing and ensuring thoughtful brand experiences across all touchpoints, while staying aligned with our values.
- Plan and implement communication strategies, marketing promotions, special events, community & sustainability initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (management, events, communications, design, curation, tenant relations, finance, and operations) to develop, implement, and sustain a meaningful brand experience.
- Lead and support the execution of the brand plan throughout the year, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and meet brand goals.
- Support and promote the brand, activities, and tenants through onsite media, social media, the website, and other online and offline channels.
- Bring forward new ideas for campaigns, events, and experiences that reflect the values of theCOMMONS.
- Partner with external collaborators and stakeholders to elevate the brand experience through strategic partnerships and activations.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador by providing positive connections and comprehensive knowledge to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, branding, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai & English).
- Strong interest in branding with a genuine appreciation for well-executed brands
- Growth mindset with a curious and positive attitude.
- Sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team-oriented, confident leader with good interpersonal dynamics.
- Detail-oriented while keeping perspective of the big picture.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze and identify trends.
- Proactive, able to multi-task, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, dedicated, persistent in overcoming challenges.
