Job Summary:
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and support strategic brand development across all channels. This role is responsible for building strong brand direction, driving marketing initiatives, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring a consistent consumer experience both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
  • Research market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support brand strategy and business growth
  • Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness including sales trends, engagement, and customer feedback
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications
  • Manage all brand channels to create a consistent consumer experience across online and offline platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication Arts, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer insights
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in perfume or fragrance industry will be highly considered
