The Role
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can translate brand vision into clear marketing strategies and impactful campaigns.
Working closely with the Brand Director (Founder) and collaborating with our creative team, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence while driving measurable growth.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and commercial performance. You will help build structure and consistency across our marketing efforts while ensuring that every campaign reflects the brand’s design-driven identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and execute brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, and collaboration
- Translate the brand vision into clear marketing strategies and messaging frameworks
- Develop clear content pillars, messaging, and storytelling across all channels
- Work closely with the creative team (content, graphic) to produce consistent brand communication
- Support B2C and e-commerce growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and generate monthly marketing insights
- Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all brand assets
- Manage marketing timelines and ensure smooth campaign execution
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth-related roles
- Strong interest in design, furniture, lifestyle, or creative industries
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Ability to translate brand ideas into clear and structured campaign plans
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
(Experience in the design field will be an advantage)
