Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main POC (point of contact) for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including during pain point discovery, planning, execution, and analysis phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that clients are satisfied with campaign performance and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Work with the data analytics team to develop digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Branding, Marketing, UX/UI design team to provide recommendations and solutions to client challenges 
and requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and status reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular campaign performance meetings with clients to review progress and identify any changes or additions 
to the campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or design.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or project management (experience in Design Industry is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Thai, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Brand strategy, marketing principles and the ability to communicate those principles to clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Brand marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
