Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main POC (point of contact) for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including during pain point discovery, planning, execution, and analysis phases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that clients are satisfied with campaign performance and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Work with the data analytics team to develop digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Branding, Marketing, UX/UI design team to provide recommendations and solutions to client challenges and requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure that all project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and status reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular campaign performance meetings with clients to review progress and identify any changes or additions to the campaign strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or design.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or project management (experience in Design Industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Thai, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Brand strategy, marketing principles and the ability to communicate those principles to clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Brand marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
