Role Overview
The Brand Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end workflows, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring team execution aligns with timelines, brand standards, and business objectives. This role plays a key part in problem-solving, follow-up, and maintaining a consistent brand and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Project Management
    • Oversee and manage overall workflows across teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
    • Supervise ongoing projects from planning to execution
    • Monitor team performance and progress to ensure tasks are completed according to timelines
    • Follow up on work progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
  • Team Supervision & Coordination
    • Coordinate and support team members to ensure alignment and accountability
    • Track task ownership and execution across departments
    • Provide guidance and hands-on support when needed to ensure project success
  • Problem Solving & Follow-up
    • Resolve issues related to people, systems, and customer situations
    • Handle complex or special cases escalated from front-line or customer-facing teams
    • Follow up on problem resolutions until completion
    • Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
  • Brand & Customer Experience
    • Ensure service standards and brand image are consistently maintained
    • Review and monitor customer communications to ensure alignment with brand tone and values
    • Support teams in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and positive customer experience
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Report work status, challenges, and solutions to management on a regular basis
    • Analyze recurring issues and operational gaps
    • Propose long-term improvements to workflows, systems, and team processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience in brand operations, customer experience, or team supervision is a plus
