- Experience and confident leader in café, hospitality, brand or F&B management, ideally across both day and evening service
- Enjoys working from the heart: making people feel comfortable, cared for, and seen in a space.

- Deep passion for specialty coffee, food, and alcoholic drinks with an appreciation for quality and craft.

- Cultured & Creative: Instinctive eye for aesthetics, design, detail, and atmosphere
What you’ll do:
- Lead the game plan for our F&B outlets: business, operational, and financial goals and strategy
- Own the cafe experience: Ensure excellent hospitality and that guests are well taken care of
- Menu Development: Coffee, drinks, and food menu design and presentation
- Team Management: Hire, develop, and grow a strong team
- Curate retail products, brands, and serveware
- Connect with like-minded local and international specialty brands
Working Schedule:
- 5 days / week
