Key Responsibilities:
- Branded Content Strategy & Creative Direction
- Content Roadmap: Craft and execute a comprehensive online content plan based on the strategic direction from the Marketing Manager.
- Visual Storytelling & Aesthetics: Ensure all digital assets (video, photo, copy) reflect a brand voice—curating a lifestyle where dogs are family.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze Upper Funnel metrics (Reach, Impressions, Brand Sentiment) to creatively optimize content performance across TikTok (80%) and Instagram (20%).
- Strategic Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Creative Collaborations: Lead “Pet-Friendly” initiatives with major partners such as shopping malls, high-end condominiums, and hospitality groups.
- Brand Activations: Design and execute on-site activities and pop-up events that create “Instagrammable” brand experiences for dogs and their owners.
- Partnership Management: Handle the full lifecycle of partnership operations, ensuring a seamless bridge between creative ideas and operational execution.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary brand ambassador to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in Brand Management, Creative Strategy, or Business Development.
- Creative Leadership: Proven ability to manage a creative team and translate brand strategy into high-quality production workflows.
- Negotiation & Pitching: A natural “connector” to pitch creative concepts and negotiate with high-level partners.
- Aesthetic & Trend-Savvy: A strong sense of Visual Aesthetics and a deep understanding of social media trends (TikTok/IG) to ensure the brand always looks “Premium” and stays relevant.
- Proactive “Do-er” Mindset: Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution—not afraid to get your hands dirty to make a project happen.
- Pet Passion: A genuine love for dogs
Location: Phahonyothin, Bangkok
Salary: 30,000-45,000 THB
