Multilingual or Culturally Fluent
- Fluency in a second language (such as Chinese, English ), or experience working with international KOLs and multicultural campaigns. A Strong, Well-Curated Portfolio
- Includes real campaign examples: high-performing content, creative briefs, video production involvement, or curated social campaigns with strong metrics.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Head our social‑media content team, elevating brand presence and fueling global growth.
- Talent Partnerships: Develop compelling briefs and manage collaborations with KOLs
- Strategic Content PlannRing: Craft content strategies that resonate across local and international audiences.
- Data‑Driven Optimization: Monitor trends and real‑time analytics: track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to continuously refine your approach.
- Creative Innovation: Generate forward‑thinking, insight‑backed ideas to shape our content roadmap and strengthen brand positioning.
- Community Engagement: Design and execute sustainable initiatives —contests, challenges, interactive campaigns—that deepen audience connection.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, uphold high creative standards, and foster seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years+ in content or marketing roles within a fashion brand, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Language Skills: Business‑level English proficiency (read, write, speak, listen).
- Technical Skills: Exceptional copywriting; basic video‑editing; proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite.
- Mindset: Data‑driven thinker with a bold, trend‑led creative vision****
- Leadership & Communication: Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
