Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the owner to plan, develop, and support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate across internal teams (marketing, design, operations, sales) to align and deliver on brand objectives.
- Liaise with external partners including retailers, distributors, influencers, PR agencies, and media contacts.
- Help manage business contracts, clients, and distributors, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Take initiative in launching and assisting with new projects — from creative campaigns to business development opportunities.
- Support the expansion of branch stores and brand presence in new locations by researching opportunities and coordinating with partners.
- Edit and manage the website and marketplace channels, both domestic and international — ensuring product listings, brand content, and updates are accurate and aligned with the brand.
- Monitor performance of digital sales channels and assist with promotional campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for content, branding, product storytelling, and event activations.
- Prepare reports, proposals, quotations, and business/marketing documents for the owner and leadership team.
- Able to communicate in English for work purposes (basic written and spoken).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or business support (experience in fashion/lifestyle is a plus).
- Basic English communication ability (written and spoken; Chinese is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, branding, and storytelling
