We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to lead campaign planning, content strategy, and video creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Ideal for a hands-on, idea-driven individual with a proven track record in driving awareness and conversions through high-quality video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—from brand awareness to conversion.
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals, product launches, and key marketing moments.
- Lead creative ideation and production of social media content, including TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Facebook posts.
- Independently execute short-form video content: filming, editing, voiceovers, and appearing on camera as needed.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and insights.
- Stay ahead of trends on TikTok and other platforms to propose viral content ideas and creative formats.
- Execute both awareness-driven storytelling content and conversion-optimized creatives for product promotions, launches, or seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams on cross-channel campaigns.
Qualifications (Portfolio is Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications.
- 3+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management.
- Proven track record creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong creative skills; proficient in video production/editing (on-camera/voiceovers).
- Able to plan/manage campaigns end-to-end.
- Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics.
- Self-starter, up-to-date on social trends and best practices.
