At Ananta Jewelry, we’re building a modern Thai jewelry brand that blends timeless craftsmanship with forward-thinking strategy. We believe online is not just about visibility. It’s about creating real value, telling real stories, and driving real sales.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can fully own our online performance. Someone who’s just as comfortable crafting strategy as they are diving into analytics, refining ad sets, and collaborating with teams to make things happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all digital channels including website, social media, paid media, SEO and SEM, Lazada, and Shopee
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive both sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistency and impact across touchpoints
- Track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve results
- Work with the development team to enhance website experience and boost conversion
- Oversee the full online customer journey from discovery to purchase
- Stay ahead of trends, platforms, tools, and best practices in the digital space
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 27 to 30
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid media such as Meta and Google
- Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM, media planning, and digital analytics
- Strategic and data-driven mindset with a practical approach
- Understanding of consumer behavior and online sales funnels
- Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Fluent in Thai with good English reading and writing abilities
