Ananta Jewelry, Thailand’s leading luxury jewelry brand, is looking for a highly driven and strategic Brand & Marketing Strategy Associate to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, playing a key part
in driving the brand’s direction, aligning cross-functional teams,
and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, creativity, and clarity.

We are looking for an Digital Marketing Manager who owns end-to-end online performance and blends business acumen with hands-on precision. You’ll shape strategy, mine analytics, tune ad sets, and align teams for refined impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all digital channels including website, social media, paid media, SEO and SEM, Lazada, and Shopee
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive both sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistency and impact across touchpoints
- Track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve results
- Work with the development team to enhance website experience and boost conversion
- Oversee the full online customer journey from discovery to purchase
- Stay ahead of trends, platforms, tools, and best practices in the digital space
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 27 to 30
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid media such as Meta and Google
- Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM, media planning, and digital analytics
- Strategic and data-driven mindset with a practical approach
- Understanding of consumer behavior and online sales funnels
- Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Fluent in Thai with good English reading and writing abilities
