Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across website and online marketplaces
- Upload and update products, pricing, and product information
- Create and manage SKU and inventory systems
- Sync inventory between store and online platforms
- Manage Shopee, Lazada, LINE SHOPPING, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Oversee online orders, packing, and fulfillment process
- Lead customer support for online channels
- Prepare sales, inventory, and product performance reports
- Analyze sales trends and best-selling products
- Support wholesale and B2B operations
- Coordinate with founders, store team, and operations staff
- Help improve operational systems and workflow
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and team management ability
- Flexible and hands-on mindset
Bonus:
- Experience with fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Experience with Shopify and marketplace platforms
- Startup or fast-growing business experience
