What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive e-commerce sales.
- Continuously improve website UX/UI and implement SEO strategies to increase conversions and organic reach.
- Use data and analytics tools to track performance, evaluate lead quality, and create dashboards that guide decision-making.
- Partner with the sales team to improve lead conversion and achieve target appointments and messages.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors in fine jewelry to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and automations to optimize marketing performance and efficiency.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising, ideally in luxury, fashion, or jewelry.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and web analytics platforms.
- Highly data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented – you love turning insights into strategy.
- Strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (Thai proficiency preferred).
