Job description:
We are looking for an analytical and execution-driven E-commerce Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business analytics who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in shaping our e-commerce strategies, driving growth initiatives, and overseeing execution across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Insights: Analyze sales and digital performance data to develop integrated e-commerce campaigns that leverage promotions, KOLs, collaborations, and advertising.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and merchandising plans.
- Creative Innovation: Generate fresh, data-driven ideas for campaigns, partnerships, andpromotions to drive engagement and growth.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams to ensure alignment and accurate execution.
- Agency & Platform Management: Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Seller Center), digitalmmarketing, or analytics
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets, online platform dashboard)
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills
- Languages: Thai (native), English (professional proficiency)
