Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination
- Execute on-ground event operations including space setup, sequencing, and flow, as directed by the Event Specialist.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth setup and logistics.
- Attend all events, including weekends and evening functions, with flexible off-days as needed.
- Act as the on-site lead when required — including MC duties and event briefings.
- Administrative & Digital Coordination
- Manage and schedule accurate content across all digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, LINE, Ticketmelon).
- Respond to customer inquiries across channels in a timely and brand-aligned tone.
- Draft Thai captions/scripts for social media and coordinate with the content team for approval.
- Support event partnerships, marketing coordination, and related administrative tasks.
Candidate qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Strong interest in lifestyle, culture, and community-driven spaces.
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (fluency in English is a strong plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable engaging with vendors, partners, and guests professionally and warmly.
- Highly proactive, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
