Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination
    • Execute on-ground event operations including space setup, sequencing, 
and flow, as directed by the Event Specialist.
    • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth setup and logistics.
    • Attend all events, including weekends and evening functions, 
with flexible off-days as needed.
    • Act as the on-site lead when required — including MC duties and event briefings.
  • Administrative & Digital Coordination
    • Manage and schedule accurate content across all digital platforms 
(e.g., website, social media, LINE, Ticketmelon).
    • Respond to customer inquiries across channels in a timely 
and brand-aligned tone.
    • Draft Thai captions/scripts for social media and coordinate 
with the content team for approval.
    • Support event partnerships, marketing coordination, 
and related administrative tasks.

Candidate qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in event planning, coordination, 
or administrative support roles.
  • Strong interest in lifestyle, culture, and community-driven spaces.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (fluency in English is a strong plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability 
to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable engaging with vendors, partners, 
and guests professionally and warmly.
  • Highly proactive, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings 
and weekends when required.
