The Reise | Restaurant & Wedding Venue
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, acquire clients, and enhance products/services
- Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact through after-sales
- Prepare quotations, pre-bills, and final invoices, and conduct venue tours
- Coordinate effectively with all parties in a timely manner
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including content creation
- Handle Line Official chats and customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Must have prior experience in a related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Having problem solving skills in order to positively deal with clients.
- Pleasant manner and personality, good human relations, enthusiastic.
- Strong communication skill
