About the Role
I’m looking for a world-class Executive Creative Assistant to work with me directly every day in Bangkok.
This is not a remote position, you’ll be by my side capturing, organizing, and amplifying everything from business projects to creative moments.
Your mission is simple:
Turn chaos into clarity and make sure nothing great goes undocumented.

Responsibilities
- Plan & Organize
- Manage my daily calendar, meetings, and personal events.
- Book flights, hotels, and handle all travel logistics.
- Prepare simple itineraries, organize shoot days, and coordinate podcast guests or collabs.
- Capture & Create
- Film short clips and vlog moments (office, gym, comedy, boxing, travel).
- Coordinate with our video editor & thumbnail designer.
- Post and manage content across YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram.
- Write captions that fit the Handsome Finance tone — funny, smart, and human.
- Operate & Communicate
- Track analytics and propose improvements weekly.
- Filter DMs, emails, and incoming requests.
- Create SOPs, checklists and systems plus update them.
- Coordinate with the team (developers, designers, and marketers).
- Assist & Amplify
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to speed up tasks.
- Document workflows, capture new ideas, and help build small systems around them.
- Occasionally assist with personal errands or on-site events.
Requirements
- Based in Bangkok, full-time, available 5 days per week.
- Good to excellent English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident filming with a phone or camera.
- Comfortable learning and using new tools fast (especially AI).
- Positive attitude, curious, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Experience with social media, content, or executive support is a big plus.
