Overview:
Low Key is a multi-label fashion store curating Asian brands from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea, and Japan.
We seek a General Manager (GM) to lead Operations, Marketing & Brand Growth, working closely with the CEO as a right-hand partner in a lean, creative environment.
The ideal candidate combines fashion sensibility and business acumen, capable of driving structure, efficiency, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store and back-office operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Work directly with the CEO and Store Supervisor to align business direction and goals.
- Build and refine SOPs, workflows, and performance tracking systems to improve efficiency.
- Analyze and report on sales, stock, margin, and KPI trends to support data-based decisions.
- Lead campaign execution: marketing, collaborations, influencer, and in-store events.
- Supervise and develop the AE, Content, Graphic, E-commerce & Live teams to deliver brand objectives.
- Review creative and marketing output to ensure alignment with brand identity and positioning.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and brand awareness through consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with Asian partner brands to expand product offering and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Age 28–38
- Experience 3–5 yrs in fashion, lifestyle, or retail management.
- Strong in Operations, Marketing & Brand Strategy.
- Skilled at managing small teams (5–10 ppl) and working hands-on.
- Familiar with E-commerce, POS, inventory & live commerce systems.
- Strategic thinker, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about fashion and building a strong brand culture.
