INTERFVCE team personality – hybrid worker. Be both thinker and doer and know how to manage the task in a low resource circumstance. General Manager must thoroughly understand the business structure and team structure and function of the company’s operations, be skilled at managing and leading employees, and make sound decisions for the company. General managers wear many hats, as their responsibilities are diverse and multifaceted. Their primary role is to provide strategic direction, make critical decisions, and ensure the overall success of their department or organization. Control and monitoring P/L. Create a sales strategy.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Create sales strategy and how to sustain the business
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved

- Lead and manage teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Operational Oversight
- Manage budgets, expenses and resource allocation
- Ensure processes are efficient and effective
- Decision-Making
- Make critical and informed decisions that impact company success
- Analyze data, assess risks, and choose the best course of action
- Customer & Partner Relations
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Resolve internal and external conflicts through mediation
- Forge strategic deals and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure the company adheres to laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain quality control, ensuring products/services meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and strategy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and functions
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- High analytical ability
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree (varies by industry)
