Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations
    • Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee personal data, work history, and status changes.
    • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Prepare and process payroll, calculate taxes, social security, and other benefits accurately and on time.
    • Leave Management: Track and approve employee leaves such as vacation, sick leave, and personal leave, as well as public holidays.
    • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the entire process from new hire orientation (Onboarding) to the departure of employees (Offboarding).
    • Document Management: Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, letters of certification, and other documents requested by employees.
  • Employee Relations
    • Internal Communication: Serve as a key liaison for communicating policies, changes, and important news from management to employees, and gathering feedback or concerns from employees.
    • Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling: Act as a neutral party to listen to, investigate, and mediate conflicts between employees, or between employees and their supervisors, as well as handle various grievances.
    • Employee Counseling: Provide guidance to employees on issues that may affect their work, such as personal problems or workplace stress.
    • Disciplinary Management: Fairly administer disciplinary procedures when employees violate company rules and regulations.
    • Culture Building: Organize activities, projects, or policies that encourage employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Recruitment Support
    • IT Talent Acquisition: Assist the team in sourcing and selecting candidates for IT-related roles such as Cybersecurity, Software Developer, and other technical positions, including coordination with external recruitment agencies.
    • HR Outsource Coordination: Liaise with HR outsourcing partners regarding payroll, legal compliance, and other complex issues.
    • Job Posting: Post vacant positions on various platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, Jobthai, or the company’s social media channels.
    • Initial Resume Screening: Conduct preliminary screening of candidate qualifications, including experience, education, and skills listed on their resume, to identify the most suitable applicants.
    • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to set suitable dates and times for interviews using various channels like phone, email, or scheduling applications.
    • Data Management: Record all applicant information, interview results, and relevant data in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for easy tracking and review.
    • Candidate Communication: Provide information about job openings, the recruitment process, or answer general questions from candidates.
    • Data Preparation: Assist recruiters in preparing necessary information for interviews.
    • Reporting: Compile recruitment status reports, such as the number of applicants, candidates interviewed, and time-to-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative and document management roles.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Experience in employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of HR Operations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic software such as Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of the Labor Protection Act, Social Security Act, and other relevant regulations.
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliability and professional ethics.
  • Knowledge of labor laws.
