Job Description:

• Manage and verify product listings (details, pricing, promotions, images) for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify market trends, optimize platform features, and deliver exceptional value to Brands and Buyers.
• Monitor participation in Marketplace campaigns (Campaigns and Promotional Mechanic).
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and long-term partnerships.
• Plan, allocate, and manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively.
• Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and commercial agreements with partners and platforms.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and assortment to maintain competitive positioning.
• Oversee campaign execution across all digital channels to ensure performance and ROI.
• Oversee and optimize advertising allocation within the platform.
• Manage and evaluate sales campaign performance
• Perform in-depth analysis to drive innovative improvements in commercial excellence, with the ability to spearhead key projects to drive impactful results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in Key account management or Store operations in e-commerce (Lazada / Shopee), Online Sales Administrator, with another enabler with a fashion brand or distributor
• Age 25-35 (negotiable) 
• Communicate effectively
• Proactive, self motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Able to submit and get tasks done in a timely manner with excellent work and time management
• Spontaneous and creatively handling changes and challenges
• Commercial/ Data performance-driven mindset
• Have a heart & eyes for fashion 
• Team player, collaborate with others well

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
