Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit KOLs, influencers, and creators to collaborate with Echelon and Tictactoe
  • Plan and execute campaigns that involve KOLs content, reviews, invites, shoutouts, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and collaborators
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation within budget
  • Coordinate influencer attendance for events, special nights, and venue takeovers
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns (reach, engagement, impact)
  • Work closely with the team to align KOL activity with the brand strategy
  • Keep tabs on competitor activity and new KOL trends in nightlife, lifestyle, fashion, music
  • Curate and manage an internal KOL database and keep it constantly updated
  • Support in briefing KOLs to ensure they understand brand tone and what’s expected
  • Ensure smooth communication with KOLs before, during, and after each campaign or event
  • Scout talent across multiple platforms—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Oversee KOLs onsite during events to ensure smooth coordination, capture content, and maintain experience quality

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing, PR, or talent management
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Thailand and beyond
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, proactive, and great at managing multiple relationships at once
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  • Understanding of Gen Z, nightlife, and lifestyle culture
  • Up to date with trends, meme culture, internet behavior, and content styles
  • Experience using influencer campaign tools or managing KOL databases is a plus
  • Able to work evenings and weekends occasionally
