Job Overview:
Fam Time Steak & Pasta Restaurant Group is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help us bring our brand stories to life — both online and on the ground.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Content Creator and Graphic Designer to coordinate campaigns, manage social media, organize events, and make sure every idea turns into something people can see, taste, or share!
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the team in developing campaigns, propose fresh ideas for content and activations for all brands.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across malls and delivery platforms (Grab, LINE MAN, etc.)
- Coordinate with partners to develop promotional campaigns, collaborations, and events.
- Manage KOLs, User Generated Contents, and social engagement when needed.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and compile performance reports to share with the management team.
- Content & Social Media
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
- Coordinate video and visual content production with the creative team.
- Proofread captions and ensure brand tone is consistent.
- Set up basic advertising tools and understand their functionality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, branding, marketing, or related field (F&B).
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).
- Able to travel to visit the restaurant branches in Bangkok.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance.
- Passionate about Food and Restaurants.
- Sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
Full Time Hybrid (Office: One Bangkok and Hybrid)
Salary range: 30K – 60K THB
Location: Mrt Lumpini, Bangkok
