Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead and drive exciting marketing projects from concept to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and guide them toward shared goals
- Be the brain behind campaigns that spark attention and engagement
- Planning & Communication
- Build strategy across online and offline platforms
- Define communication keywords for campaigns and products
- Coordinate with in-house content and creative teams to bring ideas to life ประสานงานกับทีมคอนเทนต์ และครีเอทีฟให้แคมเปญเดินหน้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
- Analysis & Growth

- Learn from past campaigns — amplify what works, rethink what doesn’t
Qualifications
- Experience leading marketing teams or projects (especially fashion/lifestyle) มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นหัวหน้าทีมหรือผู้นำโปรเจกต์การตลาด (โดยเฉพาะสายแฟชั่น)
- Able to turn vision into roadmap — from idea to real execution
- Strong in strategic thinking, communication, and creative planning
- Comfortable managing timelines, delegating tasks, and driving results
- Curious, energetic, and ready to build things from zero
