Breakfast at Midnight is looking for an organised, proactive coordinator to help keep our clients, content and marketing moving.
You’ll work across social media, content planning, client coordination and shoots — making sure everything stays on track from idea to execution.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage client content calendars and deadlines
- Help develop monthly content ideas and references
- Schedule, post and boost social content
- Coordinate client approvals, feedback and requests
- Organise shoots, timings, talent and production
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and editors
- Track content from idea through to final delivery
- Prepare monthly social media summaries and performance reports
- Pull key insights and learnings to inform the next content calendar
- Keep client files, assets and timelines organised
- Stay ahead of campaigns, launches and upcoming content needs
- Support occasional events, partnerships and activations
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Social media and content savvy
- Detail-oriented and good at following up
- Comfortable working across multiple brands at once
- Flexible in a fast-moving creative agency environment
Salary: 25K-30K THB
