Job Description:
- Drive online sales growth through performance marketing, campaign strategy, and content planning.
- Collaborate with retail teams to align digital marketing with in-store promotions.Lead creative direction and oversee content production across all social media and advertising platforms.
- Analyze customer data to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
- Manage influencer collaborations and strategic brand partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada, Shopify) is a plus.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset.
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
