Job Descriptions

  • Marketing Management & 360° Campaign Strategy (IMC)
    • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a digital-first approach, covering paid ads, SEO/SEM, influencer/KOL marketing, and social media, while linking with ATL (TV, print, OOH) and BTL (Pop-up or Events)
    • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand objectives, customer journey, and seasonal directions
  • Social Media & Content Direction
    • Drive campaign strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce platforms
    • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver short-form videos, interactive content, and trend-driven campaigns
    • Manage community engagement, monitor social listening, and ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visuals
  • Media Planning & Ads Optimization
    • Manage media planning and coordinate with internal/external media agencies, KOLs, and Influencers for integrated campaigns
    • Monitor and optimize advertising performance to ensure maximum ROI, reach, and efficiency
    • Lead and provide reporting and recommendations based on campaign KPIs
  • E-commerce & Omnichannel Strategy
    • Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other major e-commerce platforms
    • Develop integrated marketing strategies connecting online digital experience 
    • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all customer touchpoints (website, social media, physical stores, events)
    • Create seamless customer journey mapping from awareness to purchase and retention
    • Analyze ROI and performance metrics across all e-commerce platforms and sales channels

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing communications
  • Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in sports/lifestyle industry
  • Experience with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and e-commerce platform 
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent creative thinking and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Language: Fluent in Thai and English is a plus (read, write, speak)
