Job Descriptions
- Marketing Management & 360° Campaign Strategy (IMC)
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a digital-first approach, covering paid ads, SEO/SEM, influencer/KOL marketing, and social media, while linking with ATL (TV, print, OOH) and BTL (Pop-up or Events)
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand objectives, customer journey, and seasonal directions
- Social Media & Content Direction
- Drive campaign strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver short-form videos, interactive content, and trend-driven campaigns
- Manage community engagement, monitor social listening, and ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visuals
- Media Planning & Ads Optimization
- Manage media planning and coordinate with internal/external media agencies, KOLs, and Influencers for integrated campaigns
- Monitor and optimize advertising performance to ensure maximum ROI, reach, and efficiency
- Lead and provide reporting and recommendations based on campaign KPIs
- E-commerce & Omnichannel Strategy
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other major e-commerce platforms
- Develop integrated marketing strategies connecting online digital experience
- Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all customer touchpoints (website, social media, physical stores, events)
- Create seamless customer journey mapping from awareness to purchase and retention
- Analyze ROI and performance metrics across all e-commerce platforms and sales channels
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing communications
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in sports/lifestyle industry
- Experience with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and e-commerce platform
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent creative thinking and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Language: Fluent in Thai and English is a plus (read, write, speak)
