About Us
Mind Mode Project is a 360° branding and creative agency based in Bangkok. We focus on crafting emotion-driven brand experiences, blending global frameworks with local insights. Our clients range from lifestyle, beauty, F&B, wellness, and consumer goods — and we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who can shape brand stories and deliver impactful campaigns.
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end marketing strategy development for new brand creation, from market analysis and brand concept ideation to launch roadmap and communication planning for clients.
- Translate brand strategy into creative briefs, ensuring alignment with client vision and market trends.
- Create multi-channel campaign strategies (digital, social media, influencer, PR, offline activations).
- Plan go-to-market campaigns for new launches, rebranding, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build content pillars, calendars, and storytelling approaches tailored for social media and online platforms.
- ollaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with strategic objectives.
- Ensure consistency of tone of voice and brand identity across all platforms.
- Keep track of market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor activities (both global and Thai market).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications (agency background preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
- We prefer local Thai candidates with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Creative thinker with analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
Location: Bangkok (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days remote)
