Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Manage and oversee all brand social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LINE, TikTok, YouTube), including content planning and content calendar management.
- Plan, control, and optimize digital advertising across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LINE Ads, and Email Marketing (Mailchimp).
- Analyze marketing performance using SEO, Google Analytics, and various digital tools to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
- Own and manage CRM activities including customer segmentation, newsletters, customer retention programs, and loyalty strategies.
- Develop and manage the brand’s annual marketing plan and yearly campaign calendar.
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic Designer to plan, produce, and launch seasonal campaigns and special projects that align with the brand’s identity.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Lead and manage the marketing team while coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields (in-house or agency).
- Strong hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads (AdWords), and TikTok Ads.
- Able to communicate in English as well.
- Having positive attitude with eager to learn.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (IG / FB / LINE / TikTok / YouTube).
- Comfortable working across multiple data sources and platforms.
