AWESOMEBKK | Screen Printing & Embroidery
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly and weekly production plans
- Translate orders from Sales into actual production plans
- Prioritize jobs based on delivery deadlines and capacity
- Manage production flow: Cutting → Sewing → Printing → QC → Packing
- Monitor issues such as delays, bottlenecks, and defects
- Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure material readiness (Fabric / Trim / BOM / Spec)
- Manage factory capacity and plan workload in advance
- Prepare reports: Plan vs Actual / On-time Delivery / Root Cause
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning (garment factory experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of production flow, BOM, and capacity planning
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Docs
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and prioritize effectively
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
