What You’ll Do
- Plan product assortment by season to align with Chuuchop’s creative direction, market trends, and customer insights
- Monitor sales performance across all platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Website) and adjust stock plans accordingly
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure right products, right quantities, right timing
- Analyze SKU performance weekly and monthly to identify fast sellers, slow movers, and dead stock risks
- Suggest product restocks, promotions, or markdowns based on performance and inventory flow
- Support campaign planning by selecting product highlights and ensuring product readiness
- Collaborate with warehouse/logistics to monitor incoming stock and minimize delays
- Assist in building a data-driven merchandise strategy that balances creativity and sales
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related fields
- 1–2 years of merchandising or fashion retail experience (E-commerce background is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and love working with numbers (Excel/Google Sheets pro!)
- A keen eye for fashion trends and Gen Z style shifts
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
- An adaptive, get-things-done attitude and comfort in a fast-paced creative environment
