We are looking for a Production Merchandiser with strong experience in fashion merchandising and garment production. You will play a key role in planning products, sourcing materials, coordinating with production teams, managing stock, and ensuring our collections are delivered on time across all sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and plan production/restock quantities
- Manage production timeline and coordinate with factory teams
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials
- Monitor inventory and plan stock distribution
- Work closely with designers for new collections
- Support marketing team with product information and launch dates
Qualifications:
- Have 2–5 years experience in Merchandising / Garment production
- Are strong in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understand garment production flow
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Communicate well with multi-functional teams
- Love fashion + have good taste + strong logic
ความรับผิดชอบ:
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและวางแผนการผลิต / เติมสต็อกสินค้า
- บริหารจัดการไทม์ไลน์การผลิต และประสานงานกับทีมโรงงาน
- จัดหาผ้า อุปกรณ์ตกแต่ง (trims) และวัสดุต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าและวางแผนการกระจายสินค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมดีไซเนอร์อย่างใกล้ชิดสำหรับคอลเลกชันใหม่
- สนับสนุนทีมการตลาดด้วยข้อมูลสินค้าและกำหนดวันเปิดตัวสินค้า
คุณสมบัติ:
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Merchandising / การผลิตเสื้อผ้า 2–5 ปี
- มีทักษะ Excel / Google Sheets ในระดับดี
- เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตเสื้อผ้าเป็นอย่างดี
- เป็นคนละเอียด รอบคอบ มีระเบียบ และเชื่อถือได้
- สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงานได้ดี
- รักแฟชั่น มีรสนิยมที่ดี และมีความคิดเชิงตรรกะ (Logic) แข็งแรง
