Job Responsibilities
- Develop new products.
- Source manufacturers to compare cost and quality, and select the most suitable factory.
- Find and select materials that fit the design requirements.
- Plan and analyze monthly order quantities.
- Set product prices based on cost and marketing data.
- Control costs and ensure production stays within budget.
- Plan production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Create samples, control quality, and report product issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Merchandiser.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data reporting.
- Multitasking abilities and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
