29December.co is a jewelry and lifestyle brand built around the idea of turning memories, personalities, and everyday moments into wearable keepsakes through customizable charms, keychains, patches, and accessories. Blending playful self-expression with interactive experiences like Charm Bars and Patch Bar, the brand creates more than just products — it creates moments where people can design pieces that feel personal to their own stories, friendships, travels, and identities. 29December.co celebrates individuality and connection through objects that are made to be collected, customized, and carried everywhere.
29December.Co is looking for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, and is excited to grow with our brand. If you’re positive, eager to learn, and want to be part of a creative team—we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and create a warm, memorable experience.
- Recommend products and guide customers through the 29December.Co Charm Bar experience.
- Assemble and customize jewelry based on each customer’s design.
- Process payments and handle POS transactions.
- Maintain store presentation, product displays, and stock organization.
- Support pop-up events, brand activations, and special events when assigned.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the brand.
We’re looking for someone who…:
- Loves talking to people and providing great customer service.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is eager to learn new things and grow with the brand.
- Is responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can communicate in English.
- Is flexible to work across different branches and brand events.
- Retail or POS experience is a plus (but not required).

- ดูแลการชำระเงินผ่านระบบ POS และงานขายหน้าร้าน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของหน้าร้าน การจัด Display และสต๊อกสินค้า
- สนับสนุนการออกบูธ Pop-up และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของแบรนด์
- เป็นตัวแทนของ 29December.Co ในการส่งต่อประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดให้ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ:
- รักงานบริการ และชอบพูดคุยกับผู้คน
