- ติดตามเทรนด์แฟชั่นและนำเสนอสินค้าใหม่ให้ลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีม Visual Merchandising เพื่อจัดแสดงสินค้าให้เหมาะสม
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและพฤติกรรมการซื้อของลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือบริการลูกค้าในธุรกิจแฟชั่นหรือรีเทลอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอสินค้า
- มีความเข้าใจในเทรนด์แฟชั่นและสไตล์การแต่งกาย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (หากรองรับลูกค้าต่างชาติ)
- มีทักษะการดูแลลูกค้าแบบเฉพาะบุคคล

Job Description
- Provide personalized fashion advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Deliver a tailored shopping experience for individual clients
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP and regular customers
- Stay updated on fashion trends and introduce new arrivals to clients
- Coordinate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure optimal product presentation
- Prepare sales reports and analyze customer purchasing behavior
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service within fashion or retail (preferred)
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of fashion trends and styling
- Proficiency in English (especially for serving international customers)
- Strong skills in personalized customer care
