Job Description (Responsibilities):
- Public Relations Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to strengthen brand reputation, elevate brand image, and increase visibility across social media and relevant channels.
- Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers/KOLs that align with the brand’s identity. Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation
- Create high-quality PR materials including press releases, media kits, and collection catalogues for KOL seeding and media distribution.
- Event Management
- Plan and execute PR events such as press conferences, product launches, and brand activations to generate buzz and support marketing objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report PR and campaign performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Influencer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and media partners, including managing special occasion gifting and brand collaborations.
- Trend & Market Monitoring
- Stay updated on PR, influencer marketing, and fashion industry trends. Proactively share insights and recommend new approaches to the team.
- KOL Seeding & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising teams to ensure efficient inventory management and allocation for KOL seeding activities.
- Brand Activities Support
- Support brand events, livestreams, and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications (fashion / lifestyle industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills (both Thai and English preferred)
- Experience in managing influencers/KOLs and executing PR campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proactive, creative, and up-to-date with fashion and marketing trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
