Paper Plane Project | Creative and F&B Development Firm
We are looking for a highly motivated PR & KOL Specialist to elevate our brand presence through strategic media outreach and influencer collaborations. This role is about building powerful relationships with media, digital pages, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive awareness, increase foot traffic, and create buzz around our venues and events. You will lead PR efforts, secure media coverage, and manage influencer partnerships to ensure our brand stays top-of-mind in the nightlife and lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media & Public Relations
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand exposure across digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and online communities to secure valuable coverage.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and event announcements to targeted platforms.
- Handle media inquiries and ensure the brand is well-represented in public relations efforts.
- Identify PR opportunities, monitor industry trends, and proactively position the brand in key conversations.
- Influencer & KOL Management
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-impact influencers, content creators, and KOLs in the nightlife, food & beverage, and lifestyle sectors.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies that enhance brand credibility, drive engagement, and increase brand loyalty.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, content deliverables, and partnership agreements to maximize ROI.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand’s image, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Content Management
- Plan and oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring authenticity and audience impact.
- Coordinate with KOLs to create compelling Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content that drives buzz and engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize future strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align influencer content with key brand initiatives.
- Event Promotion & Brand Activation
- Leverage influencers and media to promote exclusive events, brand launches, and seasonal activations.
- Organize influencer/media visits to generate organic content and create real-time engagement.
- Develop creative promotional strategies that drive attendance and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or digital media.
- Strong network in media, lifestyle, and nightlife industries is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital PR.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media analytics and influencer management platforms (e.g., Traackr, Influencity, Google Analytics).
