Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute PR & marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media channels (IG/FB/LINE/TikTok/YouTube) with content calendars and high-quality content.
- Oversee digital advertising (FB/IG/LINE/Mailchimp/Google Analytics) and apply SEO to drive traffic.
- Own CRM for marketing: segmentation, newsletters, and customer retention flows.
- Analyze marketing performance and propose improvements.
- Manage website updates, UX, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Build relationships with influencers, media, bloggers, stylists, and brand partners.
- Coordinate events, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand ambassador programs.
- Conduct trend and competitor research to inform brand direction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or social media management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and current fashion trends.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (IG/FB/LINE/TikTok/YouTube).
- Experience with digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, LINE OA).
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and website management (Google Analytics, Shopify).
- Strong writing and content creation skills (Thai & English).
- Creative mindset with strong visual taste and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
