Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and service-minded Product Consultant to represent our brand in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. You will be responsible for introducing products, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets while upholding WACAY’s brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and style.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including fabric, fit, function, and collection story.
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Support store visual presentation and product display to align with WACAY standards.
- Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and new launches.
- Handle basic stock management — receiving, replenishment, and reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Female or male, age 25–45 years old.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Compensation: Base salary + Commission
