We are looking for a Product Developer to join our growing team. This is not just about fashion – it’s about combining creativity with business strategy to build collections that inspire and sell.
You don’t need to come from a fashion design background to apply for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Designer/Owner to bring creative concepts into real products
- Develop collections from sample development, to production planning
- Analyze sales data and product performance to guide assortment decisions
- Prepare costing sheets, calculate margins, and ensure commercial viability of each item
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Identify hero products and support marketing campaigns with product insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Strong interest in fashion, retail, and product development
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about building a brand and willing to grow with WACAY
